- Bid increments are applicable only in multiple of 1000's.
- If you have been outbid by another participant, you shall receive a notification via email.
- All the bids, including the highest bid can be viewed on the product page by clicking on 'view bids.' Stay active to grab the product!
- Once your bid is placed, it cannot be deleted.
- The winner shall be notified via e-mail, after the auction period.
- To keep a fair spirit of the game, the winners have to honour their purchase within 2 hours.
- If the winners fail to honour their purchase, they can be banned from playing future auctions.

Frequently asked questions
Can you resize a product purchased in the auction?
Resizing of rings and bracelets can be done upto 2/3 sizes higher or lower, compared to the original size. Any extra gold/stones which goes, shall be chargeable at actuals.
Can you change the gold colour of the product?
Gold color of the product can be changed only to yellow or white.
Is cash on delivery (COD) method available?
We do not accept cash on delivery for any type of orders.
What is the return policy for the auctioned products?

Can I purchase the product from your store?
Any product that you have won in the auction, has to be purchased online.
How many days does it take to deliver the order?
Products won in the auction are usually dispatched 4-5 days after the order is placed. The winner will receive tracking details after the order is dispatched.
